About the Show

High School Musical will be directed by Hollie Knight and Loren Fleishman.

Auditions are open to actors in grade 6 and up (going into 6th grade in 2022). Actors should prepare a 36-bar cut of a contemporary musical theatre piece as well as a comedic, contemporary monologue no longer than 1 minute in length. Actors should bring accompaniment to the audition. Adherence to audition requirements and requests will be taken seriously into casting decisions. Actors should be available for a dance call/callback.

Please note that actors may have a maximum of 2 rehearsal conflicts to be cast in the show and no conflicts during tech week. There will initially be 30 open spots to audition based on the number of roles in the show. THIS IS THE FULL LENGTH MUSICAL VERSION. Actors should be able to commit to learning and practicing outside of rehearsal a significant amount of challenging music, # of lines, and choreography.

$400.00. Tickets will be sold in addition to this tuition amount. Select costume pieces may be requested to be purchased by the actors.
